All prices are F.O.B. Diesel Power Equipment Co. yard. Trucking is available, please ask for rates.

Customer must either provide proof of liability and damage insurance or purchase that coverage from Diesel Power Equipment Co. at an additional cost.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, all rentals are to be paid in advance. A deposit is also required for all cash and new customers.

Rental rates are based on 8 hour/day, 40 hour/week, and 160 hour/month. Excess hour usage will be charged at 1/8 times the daily rate per hour.

Equipment to be used in severe duty applications is available at 1.5  times the regular rate.

Equipment used for "double shifts" will be charged at 1.5 times the regular rate.

Equipment used for "triple shifts" will be charged at 2 times the regular rate.

All equipment leaves with a full tank of fuel. Lessee will be charged for filling tank if not returned with a full fuel tank.

Customer is responsible for servicing the unit at 250-hour intervals, damages, missing or broken items, normal daily maintenance and for any cleanup deemed excessive.

Diesel Power Equipment Co. is not responsible for downtime due to weather.
Rates do not include taxes or insurance coverage.
